You know that feeling you have, when standing in a ray of sunshine. A tingling sensation passes through your body, with such a wonderful warmth. It seems to awaken the soul and give you that extra rush of energy that your body craves. You never realize that feeling, when you’re laying in your bed, wondering if you should get up.
It’s so easy, to just stay inside your house with all your comforts. So, on days that your feeling blue or just need that extra boost of energy, try going outside and find that ray of sunshine. You will be surprised, on how much your body can rejuvenate, with a touch of mother nature.
So, go ahead and get outside. You’ll be glad you did and your body will thank you.

To me, playing qiqong outdoor is considerably more effective than indoor. So yes, get in touch with nature !
